We only collect the email address you provide when subscribing to Modelling the Mind’s mailing list and your name. This website does not use cookies or any tracking technologies.
Why we collect it and on what legal basis
We use your email address solely to send you information about the seminar series, such as upcoming talks and programme updates. We process it on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Who has access to your data
Your data is accessed only by the organisers of the series. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
How long we keep your data
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or until the lecture series ends, whichever comes first. It is then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. To unsubscribe or exercise any of these rights, write to claudio.fabbroni@unina.it or modellingthemind@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
